“What are your normal business hours?

Makes sure before you install a new cartridge you pull out or remove all tabs and plastic
 
“I don’t think my cartridge is performing properly!”
If your cartridge isn’t performing perfectly from page one, don’t hesitate, call us, everything LazerCorp sales is backed by a 100% quality & satisfaction guarantee. We will immediately replace the cartridge at no charge to you.
 
“I didn’t get as many prints as I think I should.”
Most printers have a performance setting; access the setting find out what page coverage you’re using. Now if your page coverage says more than 5% we have found your problem. Industry wide page counts are based on 5% coverage. So if you’re using 20% you’re using 4 times the amount of toner than the page counts are calculated for.
 
“My cartridges haven’t arrived yet”
Log on to your account on www.lazercorp.com go to the orders section and check your status. If it has been shipped and it’s been over 4 working days call us immediately at 866-241-2555
 
“I have an empty cartridge, how do I send it back?”
When you have at least 4 empties call us at our toll free number and request an E tag for pick up.
